What 𗆻 means
In the seal, 𗆻 means “special”; its standalone gloss is unsettled.
Both Tangut dictionaries Sea of Writing and Homophones, from the 12th century, record 𗆻. The Tangut seal phrase 𗍅𘏿𗆻𘞪 appears on a Western Xia (Xixia) administrative seal; the full inscription reads “special seal of the Supervisor of Works,” a public-works official, with 𗆻 rendered “special.”
Created around 1036, Tangut is a script distinct from Chinese characters. It served official, private, and religious writing and continued after Western Xia fell in 1227, later becoming a subject of specialist study. Its components, left to right, are 𘠐, 𘨻, and 𘦜.
Attested on a Western Xia administrative seal.
“Special” is a seal gloss, not a general definition.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗆻 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
