What 𗊽 means
It means “tear” or “teardrop” in Tangut.
The Tangut script came into use around 1036 in Western Xia (Xixia), the medieval Tangut state, for administration and cultural writing, including Buddhist texts.
The 12th-century Tangut dictionaries Sea of Writing and Homophones give the gloss “tear; teardrop”; later dictionaries retain it.
A historical word-sign from the Tangut script.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗊽 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
