What 𗊿 means
It means “to ooze” or “to seep.”
Tangut was the language of the Western Xia state. Its script was promulgated in 1036 for state use and to distinguish Tangut culture from Song China; it appears in Buddhist and legal texts. Tangut writing outlasted the state, with texts attested as late as 1502.
