What 𗋤 means
A Tangut dictionary gives its meaning as “cheese.”
A 12th-century Tangut dictionary called Homophones records 𗋤. Scholars reconstruct its reading as *zjɨ̱r²; this scholarly spelling represents an inferred ancient sound, not a guide to present-day speech.
The Tangut script was created in 1036 for Western Xia, a state in what is now northwestern China, and for Buddhist texts. It also served government, religious, private, and translated writing; it remained in use after Western Xia fell before becoming obsolete. If 𗋤 appears as a box, the font lacks Tangut coverage.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗋤 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
