What 𗋦 means
It is a Tangut character; its label is not a translation.
The Tangut script was established around 1036 for the official and cultural life of the state of Western Xia, also known as Xixia. Surviving texts include Buddhist works, translations from Chinese and Tibetan, dictionaries, law codes, literature and documents.
After the Mongol conquest, Tangut fell out of everyday use, though the writing remained in later inscriptions. The script followed a structural model also used in Chinese writing, but Tangut characters wrote another language and cannot be substituted for Chinese characters.
Why does 𗋦 look different in different fonts?
The character stays the same; fonts draw its strokes differently.
Tangut writing had regular, flowing and cursive styles, and small stroke differences can distinguish one character from another. If 𗋦 appears as a box in that display, the font or app cannot render it; the character itself has not changed.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗋦 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
