What 𗌯 means
A verb for “to send” or “dispatch.”
The Tangut script was created in 1036 to support Western Xia state-building and the translation of Buddhist texts. It was used in government records, Buddhist writings, and translations from Chinese. A Tangut manuscript from Khara-khoto is dated to the 12th or early 13th century. Tangut characters resemble Chinese writing, but they belong to a distinct script.

1Why does 𗌯 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
