What 𗌽 means
The clearest clue comes from a full Tangut month-name.
A Tangut month list gives 𗌽𗎓𘘞𗳝 as the ritual name for month twelve. The translation “cold month” belongs to all four characters together; the list does not give 𗌽 an individual gloss.
Made to write Tangut, the script entered official use in 1036 in the Western Xia state. The Song history, a Chinese dynastic chronicle, credits ruler Li Yuanhao with devising it and official Yeli Renrong with elaborating it. Its square, brush-written forms draw on Chinese writing, but it is a separate script.

1Why does 𗌽 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
