What 𗒲 means
It means “to amuse” in Tangut. A Tangut–Chinese dictionary gives that gloss; a scholarly pronunciation database reconstructs its reading as tśie¹.
The Tangut script was created around 1036–1037 for Western Xia state writing. An official military letter from Guazhou dated 1072 is the earliest surviving Tangut document; the script also carried Buddhist translations. Tangut writing continued after Western Xia fell in 1227, and a 1502 inscription is known. It is distinct from Chinese writing, though it drew on Chinese and probably Khitan models.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗒲 appear as a square?
It is a font-coverage issue: the font used for the page may lack this glyph, so a fallback square appears. That box does not mean the character or its meaning is different.
