What 𗓾 means
It names a wrap or band for carrying an infant. Li Fanwen’s Tangut–Chinese dictionary gives the Chinese character 襁 as its translation.
The Western Xia court commissioned the Tangut script around 1036; Li Yuanhao ordered the project, and Yeli Renrong and other scholars developed it. It was used for the Tangut language, official and private documents, and Buddhist texts, and remained in use in Yuan and Ming settings before falling out of use. Khitan and Jurchen script projects belong to the same period, but are not ancestors of Tangut.
Why does 𗓾 show as a box?
A box usually means this font lacks the Tangut character. If the selected font cannot display Tangut, a fallback may show an empty square or leave a blank space. The display problem does not change which character the page represents.

1Why does 𗓾 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
