What 𗔴 means

The number is an identifier, not the character’s word meaning.

Tangut writing arose around 1036 CE under Western Xia’s first emperor. It served the state and a Buddhist canon (a collection of Buddhist scriptures); it also carried Chinese, Confucian, military, and literary works in its own script, shaped by Chinese writing.

After Western Xia fell to the Mongols, Tangut continued in Buddhist texts under the Yuan and Ming dynasties; it became obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty.

Historical and specialist; suited to Tangut texts or script discussion.

Its code-point label is not a translation.

Why does 𗔴 show as a box on some devices?

Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
