Is 𗕁 Chinese?
No. 𗕁 belongs to the separate Tangut script.
Tangut writing, also called Xixiawen, was modeled on Chinese writing. It was created around 1036 for the Western Xia (Xixia) state and served government, private writing, and religion.
It remained in use after the state fell, becoming obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty.
