What 𗖅 means
Its dictionary gloss is “to go along with.” Li Fanwen’s dictionary lists 𗖅 as entry 1516. On a Western Xia official stamp, the two-character inscription 𗥦𗖅 means “commander”; that meaning belongs to the phrase, not to 𗖅 on its own.
The Tangut script was created for the Western Xia state and formally promulgated in 1036. It served administration, law, and Buddhism; Tangut texts continued after Western Xia fell in 1227.
Historical and specialist: it belongs in Tangut text or discussion.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗖅 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
