What 𗖍 means
It means “praise” in Tangut. Li Fanwen’s Tangut dictionary lists 𗖍 as entry 0837; Unicode links the character to that entry.
Tangut, the language of Western Xia (Xixia), had its own script, created in 1036 for state writing and translations. Possible influence from the Khitan script is debated. A secular translation survives in a manuscript from Khara-Khoto, a ruined Tangut city, dated to the 12th or early 13th century.
Historical use: Tangut texts and manuscripts.
Tangut, not Chinese: the writing systems are distinct despite shared graphic principles.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗖍 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
