What 𗖨 means
It means “peaceful” in Tangut.
Li Fanwen’s 2008 Tangut–Chinese Dictionary glosses 𗖨 as “peaceful.” Read the gloss as a Tangut word in its sentence, not as a meaning that carries over to modern messages.
Western Xia, a state in northwestern China, established Tangut writing around 1036. It drew on Chinese writing but served a distinct language. Tangut script survived the state; two stone pillars with Buddhist prayers were inscribed in 1502.
A historical word, not an everyday peace emblem.
Don’t send it expecting “peaceful” to be understood.
