What 𗖩 means
𗖩 is a Tangut character; its Unicode name does not translate it.
The Tangut script developed around 1036 for the Western Xia (Xixia) state, including government and Buddhist translation. A manuscript from the Khara-khoto archaeological site likely dates to the 12th or early 13th century. It continued after Western Xia fell, becoming obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty.
Tangut took visual ideas from Chinese writing and script-making practices from neighboring Khitan people, who had their own script. It remained distinct and appeared in official, private, and religious writing, including translations from Chinese and Tibetan.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗖩 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
