What 𗘐 means
A Tangut dictionary glosses it as “a kind of insect.”
Tangut was a state script
Around 1036, Western Xia made Tangut an official state script for government and identity; translating a Buddhist canon was a major goal.
Its character design drew on Chinese writing, but Tangut was not derived from it. Khitan neighbors had created scripts about a century before Tangut.
Tangut books include Buddhist works, Chinese and Tibetan translations, and Confucian classics. Tangut writing continued in Yuan-era texts; Buddhist prayer pillars in Baoding bear Tangut inscriptions dated 1502.
It reads as a literal Tangut word, not a standard reaction cue.
Don't send it as a reaction emoji unless you mean the Tangut word for an insect.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗘐 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
