What 𗙦 means
It names the hard foot of an animal. A Tangut dictionary pairs 𗙦 with Chinese 蹄 (“hoof”) and records dźjĩ as the scholarly reconstruction of its Tangut reading. 蹄 is a translation, not another form of 𗙦.
The Western Xia state officially introduced Tangut script in 1036. Its characters were built in a Chinese-like way to write the Tangut language, and the script served government and Buddhist literature. Later Buddhist and scholarly writing continued that tradition; a dated Tangut text survives from around 1502.
Historical and specialist; the meaning belongs to Tangut writing.
Chinese 蹄 translates the meaning; it is not another Tangut spelling.
