It is glossed as “the moon.”
An index to a Tangut dictionary lists it as L1369, gives its reconstructed reading as lhow, and glosses it as “the moon.”
Tangut writing was created around 1036 for the Western Xia state. The earliest transmitted Tangut document is an official record from 1072; the script also carried Buddhist and legal texts. Its use continued after Western Xia fell in 1227, and an inscription from 1502 is known. Tangut is a separate script for the Tangut language, influenced by Chinese writing. The recorded structure of 𗙹 includes component 𘡦.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗙹 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
