What 𗚎 means
It is the Tangut word for a dagger.
Li Fanwen’s dictionary gives khji as one scholarly Latin-letter transcription of the reconstructed reading; other reconstructions differ, so that spelling alone does not settle the sound.
Tangut writing was created around 1036 for Western Xia, the Tangut state. It also appears in private and Buddhist texts, continued after the state fell, and became obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty.
Historical and specialist; this character belongs to Tangut texts and their study.
