What 𗚣 means
A Tangut dictionary calls it “a kind of tree.”
That is a broad category, not the name of a specific species.
Is 𗚣 Chinese?
No. It belongs to the Tangut script.
Western Xia introduced Tangut writing around 1036 to give its language an official script and signal independence from the Chinese Song dynasty. Modeled on Chinese writing, Tangut was a separate script for a different language. It carried official records, laws and Buddhist works. It survived for centuries after Western Xia fell, becoming obsolete by the end of China's Ming dynasty.

Questions people ask
1Why can 𗚣 look different in another font?
It can. Unicode’s reference image is not a required outline; Tangut glyph shapes can vary by font. A different drawing of the same character does not by itself change what it is.
