What 𗚮 means
It means “willow” in Tangut.
The Tangut script was developed around 1036 for the Western Xia (Xixia) kingdom. It served official records and Buddhist translations. Its character shapes drew on two styles of Chinese writing—the regular script and the older seal script—but Tangut was a separate language and writing system.
A blank square usually means the font on your device lacks Tangut coverage. The missing shape is a display problem, not a different meaning.
Historical and scholarly in tone.
Is 𗚮 Chinese? No. Tangut is a distinct language and script.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗚮 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
