What 𗛷 means
Use a Tangut-aware RIME input scheme for repeated entry.
RIME is an input-method framework. Tangut schemes can look up characters in a dictionary or enter them by shape, using methods such as four-corner, radical, Xuanpin, or Cangjie.
Input and display are separate: if a box appears, the app needs a font with Tangut coverage to draw this glyph. Changing the input method will not fix a missing font.
What does 𗛷 mean?
Its code-point label is not a Tangut translation.
To identify its word and pronunciation, consult a Tangut dictionary or the sentence around it. Tangut, also called Xixia, is a historical script; its Chinese-inspired forms do not make its characters Chinese.
The Sea of Writing (Wenhai), a Tangut rhyming dictionary from the 12th century, lists 𗛷 at 25.163 under Rhyme 18, headed by 𗉺.
Tangut was created about 1036 for Western Xia state-building and Buddhist translation. Writing continued after Western Xia fell before eventually becoming obsolete. Its forms drew on Chinese writing and neighboring Khitan scripts.
A specialist character for reading Tangut texts and discussing the script.
Chinese-inspired forms still belong to a separate script.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗛷 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
