What 𗜿 means
A Tangut dictionary glosses it as “a kind of vegetable.”
The Tangut (Xixia) script was created under the Western Xia state about 1036 CE to write the Tangut language. Its design drew on Chinese characters and the Khitan script, another historical writing system in the region. It served Buddhist translations and legal records, lasted into the Yuan and Ming dynasties, and became obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty.
