What 𗝗 means
It is a Tangut character; the Unicode label does not translate it.
The Tangut script was devised in 1036 and soon put to official use under Western Xia, a Tangut-led state also called Xixia. It served government and schools, while Buddhist works were translated and printed in it. After Western Xia fell in 1227, the script continued in use; the latest known Tangut writing is on Buddhist pillars dated 1502.
Tangut writing resembles Chinese characters, but it is a separate script, so shape alone does not supply a Chinese reading. Fonts may draw 𗝗 differently; with Tangut font support, a device can display the glyph, while without that support it may show a missing-glyph box.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗝗 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
