What 𗠩 means
It means “to feed.” Li Fanwen’s Tangut–Chinese dictionary, a reference that pairs Tangut entries with Chinese definitions, lists this character with that meaning.
Tangut writing is documented from around 1036, when the Western Xia state established it for official and cultural use. It later appeared in Chinese and Tibetan translations, nonreligious teaching texts, and Buddhist inscriptions; the latest known inscription dates to 1502. Its forms follow structural ideas from Chinese writing, but Tangut writes a different language, and its characters are not pictures from which this word can be guessed.
