What 𗠹 means
A Tangut dictionary glosses 𗠹 as “fast.”
Western Xia, a state in northwestern China, established Tangut writing around 1036 for official and cultural work. The earliest securely dated surviving Tangut text dates to around 1070.
Tangut is distinct from Chinese writing, though Chinese writing influenced its design. Khitan influence remains debated. After Western Xia fell, Tangut writing continued under Yuan and Ming rule.

1Why does 𗠹 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
