What 𗡞 means
The Tangut numeral 𗡞 represents one thousand. It marks the thousands place; 𗕑 marks ten thousand. The sequence 𗍫𗡞𘕕 writes 2,003 without a zero sign.
The Tangut script was created in 1036 for state records, letters, Buddhist translations, and Tangut identity. It drew on Chinese writing principles and Khitan script design while remaining distinct. An early surviving document is an official dispatch from 1072. Use continued after the state fell in 1227; an inscription from 1502 is a later example.

1Questions people ask
1Why does 𗡞 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
