What 𗢭 means
It writes nine as a counting number.
With 𗼑 (“month”), it names the ninth month in a moon-based calendar. Suffix 𗡪 marks an ordinal: “ninth,” not “nine.”
Tangut writing was introduced for the Western Xia government in 1036 and was also used for Buddhist translations. It continued after the state fell in 1227; a later inscription is dated 1502.

1Why does 𗢭 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
