What 𗤇 means
It means “to obey” in Tangut.
Created in 1036 for the Tangut language of the Western Xia kingdom, the script drew on Chinese writing; earlier scripts used by the neighboring Khitan people may also have influenced it. Tangut texts include official records, Buddhist translations, and secular works. A Khara-khoto manuscript fragment probably dates to the 12th or early 13th century; writing continued after the kingdom fell, with the last known example dated 1502.
