What 𗥍 means
Think of an upright post or pillar.
The Tangut character for post is 𗥍; “pillar” and “seat” are also recorded meanings.
The Tangut script was created in 1036 as the national writing system of Western Xia, a Tangut-ruled dynasty. It served diplomacy and translations of Chinese classics and Buddhist scriptures. After Western Xia fell, Tangut writing continued in Buddhist printing under the Yuan, including an edition printed in 1247.
Why does 𗥍 show as a square?
Your font may lack Tangut support.
A square box points to missing font support; it does not give the character another meaning.
Historical and specialist: it is a written Tangut word, so its meaning will not be clear to someone who cannot read Tangut.
If the recipient does not read Tangut, include “post” or “pillar” in words too.

1Why does 𗥍 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
