What 𗥟 means
It means “to seduce” in Tangut.
A Tangut dictionary compiled by Li Fanwen gives this gloss. Tangut was the language of Western Xia, a historical kingdom. Its script was created around 1036 for the kingdom’s official and cultural work, and continued in official, private, and religious texts after the kingdom ended.
Without a font that supports Tangut, 𗥟 may appear as an empty box. The text still contains the same character.

fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
