What 𗦍 means
“Oak” is the best-supported gloss, but the reading is unsettled.
Li Fanwen’s catalog links 𗦍 to entry 3693, whose Chinese gloss is 櫟 (“oak”); another dictionary table marks that entry with a question mark.
A Khara-Khoto manuscript with Tangut writing dates to the 12th or early 13th century. The script served the Tangut language, state records and law, Buddhist texts, and translations from Chinese.
Its script identity is clear; its dictionary gloss is not.
Do not identify it as Chinese from its structure alone.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗦍 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
