What 𗦒 means
The Tangut character 𗦒 is glossed as “cherry.”
The Tangut script was organized under the Western Xia state around 1036–1037 for official records and translations. The oldest surviving Tangut document is dated 1072. Writing continued after the state fell in 1227; a surviving monument is dated 1502.
Tangut writing existed alongside Chinese writing and the Khitan and Jurchen scripts; whether it descended directly from Khitan remains debated. This character is rendered as text by a font; without Tangut font support, it may appear as an empty box.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗦒 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
