What 𗦓 means
“To chop” appears under Li Fanwen’s index LFW 2853.
The Tangut script was developed around 1036 for the Tangut language; schools and government offices used it, and Buddhist texts were translated and printed in it. After Western Xia fell, religious use continued; the Baoding stone pillars with Buddhist inscriptions, dated 1502, are the latest datable Tangut materials.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗦓 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
