What 𗨅 means

Its recorded gloss is “frivolous.” A Tangut lexicon based on scholar Li Fanwen’s dictionary lists 𗨅 as an adjective and gives its reconstructed reading in scholarly notation as lhji¹.

Tangut was the language of Western Xia, a state that created this writing system around 1036. The script remained in use after Western Xia fell, then became obsolete. Tangut characters can resemble Chinese ideographs, but they belong to a distinct script; appearance alone cannot tell you their meaning.

Why does 𗨅 show as a box on some devices?

Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
