What 𗩧 means
Its Unicode name gives a code point, not the Tangut meaning.
Unicode forms Tangut names from the code point, the unique number assigned to a character. TANGUT IDEOGRAPH-17A67 is an inventory label; it does not give this glyph's Tangut word, reading, or translation. Tangut characters resemble Chinese writing, but Tangut is a separate script unrelated to Chinese ideographs.
Created around 1036 under Western Xia's first emperor, the script was used to write Tangut, a language spoken in what is now northwest China. It stayed in use during the Yuan and Ming dynasties and became obsolete by the end of the Ming. After rediscovery in the late 19th century, it was largely deciphered in the early 20th century, especially through the work of scholar N. A. Nevskij.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗩧 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
