What 𗩹 means
It gives a sound-based rendering, not an everyday word definition.
Li Fanwen’s index calls 𗩹 “a transliteration”: a sign for writing the sounds or names of another language in Tangut. The Wénhǎi (“Sea of Writing”) is a Tangut dictionary compiled in the mid-12th-century; the label describes this entry’s role rather than an English-style word meaning.
Tangut writing was created around 1036 for the official and cultural life of the Western Xia (Xixia) state. It continued under Yuan and Ming rule before becoming obsolete. Though its design drew on Chinese characters, Tangut is a separate writing system for a different language.
Historical and scholarly in tone; it belongs to Tangut writing.
Chinese influence on its design does not make this a Chinese character.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗩹 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
