What 𗪝 means
𗪝 is a Tangut character; its label is not a translation.
The code-based Unicode label identifies the character, but cannot tell you which Tangut word it represents. A dictionary entry or the surrounding Tangut text is needed to read its meaning.
Is 𗪝 Tangut or Chinese?
It belongs to the Tangut script.
Tangut writing was created by imperial order for the Tangut language and used from 1036–1502. It took Chinese writing as a conceptual model, but remained a distinct script.
Why does 𗪝 show as a box?
Your font may not include Tangut characters.
A missing-glyph box is a display problem; the text still contains 𗪝. A font with Tangut coverage can show the character.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗪝 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
