What 𗪥 means
It is glossed “humble” in Tangut. Li Fanwen’s 2008 dictionary gives that gloss. About 1036 CE, Western Xia’s emperor ordered a script for Tangut, a language distinct from Chinese, drawing on Chinese and neighboring Khitan writing systems. It served Buddhist translation and government, then legal, official, and literary writing under Yuan and Ming rule until use ended by the end of the Ming period.
Historical and formal, from Tangut writing used for Buddhist and state texts.
A dictionary gloss alone cannot tell you what someone meant by a bare 𗪥.

1Why does 𗪥 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
