What 𗫡 means
𗫡 means “to arrive” or “to reach” in Tangut.
A surviving Tangut Buddhist manuscript pairs the character with a Tibetan note that records its sound. Li Fanwen’s Tangut dictionary catalogs it as L2679 under “to arrive.”
Around 1036, Western Xia ruler Li Yuanhao sponsored writing for the Tangut language and a distinct state identity, including Buddhist texts. The script drew on Chinese writing and the Khitan script but remained separate. Some fonts lack Tangut coverage, so the character may not display in them.
Historical and specialist; it belongs to Tangut writing.
It is Tangut writing for a different language, not a Chinese character.

1Questions people ask
1Why does 𗫡 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
