What 𗫷 means
Its dictionary gloss names the noise of something splitting. The Unicode label comes from the code point, so it identifies the written character without translating its meaning.
In 1036, the Western Xia court ordered Tangut writing for its language. It served government, literature, Buddhist texts, and translations from Chinese and Tibetan. Tangut characters draw on some Chinese-style construction, but they are not Chinese characters.
The surviving manuscript tradition begins in the mid-eleventh century. Tangut writing continued after Western Xia fell, in Buddhist and historical records.

1Why does 𗫷 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
