What 𗬔 means
The dictionary gloss is “lightning.” Li Fanwen’s Xia-Han Zidian, a Tangut–Chinese dictionary, lists the word with that meaning.
Tangut writing was created in 1036 for Western Xia, a medieval Tangut state, to serve the state, Buddhist scripture, and Tangut identity. Chinese writing and the neighboring Khitan people’s script influenced its design, but Tangut remained distinct. A Khara-Khoto manuscript fragment likely dates to the 12th or early 13th century; surviving Tangut texts also cover law and literature.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗬔 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
