What 𗬮 means
“Diligent,” in Tangut—not Chinese.
Li Fanwen’s 2008 dictionary lists 𗬮 as entry L3741. Tangut writing resembles Chinese characters but records another language.
A historical account credits the official Yeli Renrong with designing the script in 1036 for the Tangut-ruled Western Xia state. It served government, diplomacy, and Buddhist translations from Chinese and Tibetan; the latest known inscription dates to 1502.
Historical and scholarly, rather than an everyday symbol.
