What 𗭞 means
Its dictionary gloss is “ring.”
Li Fanwen’s Tangut dictionary index pairs 𗭞 with Chinese 環 as a translation gloss; the pairing does not make them variant forms.
In 1036, Western Xia ruler Li Yuanhao commissioned Tangut writing for state-building, Buddhist texts, and a written identity distinct from Song China. Surviving manuscripts from the 12th or early 13th century preserve Buddhist, classical, military, and literary works.
The script drew visual cues from Chinese characters and followed earlier script projects by the neighboring Khitan people, while writing Tangut.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗭞 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
