What 𗮍 means
A Tangut dictionary glosses it as “distant” or “remote.” A Tangut–Chinese dictionary index links the sound scholars reconstruct for it to 迥, a Chinese word for “far off.” Tangut is separate from Chinese writing.
Tangut writing was commissioned around 1036 for the Western Xia kingdom to record the Tangut language, then used in official and Buddhist texts. The 12th-century Wénhǎi (“Sea of Writing”), a Tangut dictionary, indexes this character.

1Why does 𗮍 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
