What 𗯩 means
It means “each” or “every” in Tangut.
A Tangut–Chinese dictionary glosses it as “each”; that is the English translation of a Tangut word.
The script began around 1036 under Western Xia’s first emperor to write Tangut. Its forms were influenced by Chinese and Khitan writing, but Tangut is a separate script. It continued in official, private, and religious texts, including Yuan- and Ming-period works.

𗯩\17BE9Why is 𗯩 a box on my screen?
fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
