What 𗰕 means
Tangut dictionaries gloss 𗰕 as “many.”
The Tangut script was created for the Western Xia state around 1036. Its earliest known written example is an official document from 1072. It drew on Chinese writing and followed the regional precedent of Khitan scripts, giving Tangut its own writing system.
Western Xia used it in government and schools. Tangut texts include Buddhist scripture, Chinese classics, law, military works, and literature. Writing continued after the dynasty fell in 1227; the last-known inscription dates to 1502.
Is 𗰕 an emoji? No: it is a Tangut text character.
Without Tangut text around it, treat “many” as a dictionary gloss, not a ready-made message.

1Why does 𗰕 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
