What 𗱡 means
No. It is Tangut, a separate script.
Li Fanwen’s Tangut–Chinese dictionary associates 𗱡 with “pure.” That English gloss translates a Tangut word; it is not a Chinese reading of the glyph.
In 1036, the Tangut-led Western Xia (Xixia) court commissioned the script to write Tangut. The project supported a collection of Buddhist scriptures in Tangut and a distinct state identity. Surviving manuscripts also use it for translations of Chinese classics, military works and literature. Its structure drew chiefly on Chinese writing; earlier Khitan scripts were a regional precedent, not the same script.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗱡 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
