What 𗲜 means
It is a Tangut character; the Unicode label is not a translation.
Unicode generates Tangut names from code points, so this label identifies 𗲜 without giving its Tangut word.
Around 1036, Li Yuanhao, ruler of Western Xia in northwestern China, ordered the script for state-building and Buddhist scripture. Chinese writing influenced its forms, but it was made for Tangut, a separate language. Its creation followed the example of neighboring Khitan rulers, who had created two scripts. Later Tangut texts included Buddhist and secular works, including translations from Chinese.
