What 𗲮 means
It is Tangut, not Chinese. The English index to Li Fanwen’s 2008 dictionary lists Tangut character 0411 as “a surname.” In 1036, Western Xia ruler Li Yuanhao ordered the Tangut script, chiefly to translate Buddhist scriptures and distinguish his state from Song China. Its design drew on Chinese writing; Tangut rulers also followed Khitan neighbors, whose two scripts included one based largely on Chinese. An undated Tangut manuscript leaf from the ruined city of Khara-Khoto probably dates to the 12th or early 13th century.
A missing-glyph box means the font cannot display this Tangut character.
Its Chinese-like design does not make 𗲮 a Chinese character.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗲮 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
